发现sybase的一个bug

On a Windows NT 4.0 machine, administrator privileges are required<br/>to use all features of the Sybase Configuration Manager:</p><p> * With the Sybase ASE OLE DB Provider, any user can <br/>create, delete, or modify the data sources; however, a user who <br/>does not have administrator privileges cannot change the current <br/>directory for the Sybase ASE OLE DB Provider data sources.</p><p>2. To trace an OLE DB application, you must download the latest version <br/>of the OLE DB Software Development Kit (SDK) from the Microsoft web <br/>site (<a href="http://www.microsoft.com/data/oledb/">http://www.microsoft.com/data/oledb/</a>). The Provider does provide <br/>some tracing of OLE DB calls.</p><p>3. When you install a Sybase ASE OLE DB Provider to a specified directory,<br/>it uses the default permissions for that directory (or that directory's <br/>parent if the installation creates the directory) for the files that <br/>get installed. The default privileges do not allow providers to act as <br/>entrusted impersonators, which is required by IIS for this situation. <br/>Therefore, the providers cannot be accessed or used by IIS.</p><p>Workaround: Change the permissions on the directory.</p><p>4. Conversions from variant types to date/time types should always use <br/>4-digit years. Use of 2-digit years is not supported and will result <br/>in undefined behavior. </p><p>5. The default value of the OLE DB Services property has changed. </p><p>* For the Sybase ASE OLE DB Providers, the value is -3. These <br/>data providers enable all OLE DB Services except <br/>DBPROPVAL_OS_TXNENLISTMENT.</p><p>6. The Sybase data provider does not support Microsoft DTC. </p><p>2. In an OLE DB transaction, if the user calls IRowsetChange::SetData <br/>on any row which contains a BLOB type (i.e. Sybase's text type), the changes <br/>made to that row cannot be rolled back via ITransaction::Abort. This situation <br/>does NOT apply to changes made with IRowsetChange::InsertRow or <br/>IRowsetChange::DeleteRows. </p><p>The following notes apply if you are installing the release on <br/>a machine that has an earlier version of a Sybase ASE OLE DB <br/>Provider installed. </p><p>1.
