The Credit Technology team, based in New York, London, Hong Kong and Shanghai, is responsible for delivering pricing, execution, and position management capabilities to Corporate Bond, Credit Default Swap, Structured Credit Products and Emerging Market business users. Recent expansion of Credit in Asia requires a hands-on technical team leader in-region who can help build and manage the team. The agile, business-driven environment demands a candidate who can perform analysis, design, coding, testing, training and maintenance of large-scale, distributed, real-time applications as well as lead a team of developers and manage project schedules. Frequent interaction with business users and technologists across the firm and around the globe necessitates effective written and verbal communications and good interpersonal skills. The team is expected to be a fully engaged partner in the business and as such must develop a full understanding of the business processes which are to be supported. While candidates with prior experience in fixed income products and trading systems are strongly preferred, the ability to be adaptable, learn quickly and think creatively is just as important. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within the firm's expansion in Asia.
Skills Required
1. Object-oriented development in Java and/or C#
2. Concurrent programming in multithreaded, distributed environments
3. Structured data; relational databases (schema design, SQL queries, Sybase/DB2) and XML
4. Developing software in a UNIX environment
5. Clear written and verbal communications in English
6. Demonstrated ability to self-manage, meet deadlines and deliver results
7. Can build and lead a 5 person development team
8．Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to relocate to Shanghai, China (if not already living there

：Technical Client Support Specialist
salary：10K/M ~ 20+K/M，13M/Y ( it depend on the performance in the interview)
Location：China--Shanghai

Experience Level： at least 3 Years
Education Level： Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities：
1. Provide remote assistance for the installation and upgrade of our Microsoft Windows based suite of Risk, Performance and Portfolio Construction products across APAC regions
2. Prepare and load data into systems for pre-sale and implementation support, where necessary leveraging automation tools and scripting languages.
3. Prepare sales demo kits and client sample code using our product API ‘s
4. Support the day-to-day production data feed mechanisms supplied by us and used by our clients.
5. Perform testing, both in terms of existing applications on new platforms, or new applications on existing platforms.
6. Prepare and deliver technical and operational training to clients and colleagues – this can be in the form of documentation, FAQ’s, webinars or other web based media.
Skills Required
1. Advanced 2000/XP/2003 in a network environment.
2. Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel macro/VBA
3. Experience with development/scripting languages VB, C#, C++/WSH, perl
4. Good practical, demonstrable knowledge of:- o database technologies o network technologies
5. Excellent communication skills at all levels - able to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users, either in writing, in person, or on the telephone
6. Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and practices quickly
7. Demonstrates initiative and is self-starting, motivated and committed Qualifications
8．Relevant degree (IT, Business, Finance)
