11.9.2 服务器启动不了，操作过程清楚，帮忙提供恢复启动办法
版本是11.9.2 windows版，安装在windows2000原数据库服务器可启动，但是dsedit 中ping不通，在没有确定解决方法的情况下，我安装了客户端的 odbc 和 open client 。现在服务器启动不了。请各位帮忙提供恢复启动办法,万分感谢!
