Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be leading major technology areas in the TTS product research and development at MBDC. We are looking for a go-to person mindset and very focus and in-depth technology owner. Passionate about advanced technology development and team player is a must! The candidates must demonstrate track records of delivering or completing challenging tasks in the past.
Qualifications:
1. A degree (PhD preferred) in CS or EE with 3+ years experiences (industrial preferred, but academic new graduate accepted with excellent records) in speech technology areas.
2. Proven track record of bridging research and product, experience in component design and making architectural tradeoffs.
3. Excellent and proven skills in (>= 2 combinations):
a. Natural language processing, computational linguistics and Text analysis
b. Unit selection or source-filter base synthesis system development.
c. Digital signal processing, familiar with speech synthesis algorithm
d. Hidden Markov Model for speech recognition and pattern recognition technology
e. Machine learning, statistical analysis and algorithms applied in speech technology (benefit if used in TTS related technology).
f. Natural prosody prediction and realization in TTS
4. Proficiency of using scripts (e.g., Matlab, Perl, Prolog, Python) to prototype and solid programming languages skills (C/C++, C#, Java)
5. He/She must be able to demonstrate ability and experiences in designing, implementing state of art research or product system.
6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skill, this position requires meeting with internal and external customers or companies.
7. Strong problem solving skill. Ability to participate in long term product planning and strategy setting on technology roadmap.

1. Manage the development, continuous refinement and deployment of IPD/ISC/CRM process and its supporting processes. And also their link & align with other corporate processes.
2. Evaluate the execution of IPD/ISC/CRM process; optimize and manage IPD/ISC/CRM. fix the problems occurring during the execution of IPD process.
3. Manage the training and guidance of IPD/ISC/CRM process system;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficient in the related theories of process framework and design; familiar with industry basic theories and trends of the domain. Familiar with the modes and frameworks of best-in-class (telecommunication and IT) IPD/ISC/CRM process.
3. About ten years(or ten more) of experience in designing or refining IPD/ISC/CRM management process in large telecommunication equipment company, or experience in process consultation covered multiple business reengineering projects in large telecommmunication equipment company.
4. The experience of implementing reengineering management and deployment is preferred. Or the experience of managing the reengineering department. |
