sybase 15在linux中安装的问题

我在redhat AS3中安装sybase 15,安装时正常,但是建库失败,我是使用磁盘文件建库的,不是使用原始设备

另外请教一下安装完成后用什么命令在启动建库向导啊,小弟是刚开始学sybase的,还请各位大大帮忙

我安装完sybaseASE15.0后启动失败,日志提示如下:
